I am an in-network provider with Premera, Lifewise, and Kaiser.
Most insurance plans reimburse fully or partially for mental health services. I’d encourage you to call and inquire about your out-of-network mental health coverage.
Rates
My standard fee is $165 per 50 minute session. Initial intake appointments are $185. This fee applies to in person and telehealth appointments.
The Safe and Sound Protocol is not currently covered by insurance. The total cost for this treatment is $700, plus a $150 fee for music access.
