Psychotherapy

  • Individuals

Everyone needs support sometimes. Whether you are navigating a life transition, experiencing anxiety or depression, or trying to understand yourself better. Each person is an individual and that means your therapy will be unique to your strengths and needs.

  • Couples

Are you and your partner caught in the same cycle of conflict and disconnection? Let’s work together to find new ways to connect, understand each other, and grow. Common issues I support couples with include: navigating differences, healing from past wounds, and establishing healthier patterns of communication.

  • Parent Support

Parenting can bring deep joy—and also deep questions. If you're feeling unsure about how best to support your child, you're not alone. Therapy for parents offers a space to better understand your child’s emotional world, strengthen connection, and gain tools for navigating challenges with greater confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, where you’re feeling stuck, and how to support your child in a way that aligns with your values and your family’s unique needs.

  • OCD Treatment

If you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or overwhelming anxiety, you’re not alone—and there is help. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy for OCD and anxiety-related concerns. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you, gently facing fears while building confidence and resilience.

  • Safe and Sound Protocol

Our nervous systems do so much to keep us safe—but sometimes they get stuck in patterns of protection that no longer serve us. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a gentle, music-based intervention designed to help regulate the nervous system and support a greater sense of safety and connection. It can be especially helpful for those experiencing anxiety, trauma, or sensory sensitivities.

Psychoanalysis

Psychoanalysis is a depth approach to treatment based on the idea that people are often motivated by wishes, fears, and desires that are not conscious in the moment. By meeting at a higher frequency an analysis can help identify underlying patterns of behavior and take the path to substantive long term change.

If you find yourself in the same problematic patterns over time, or are curious about learning more about yourself and ready to deepen therapeutic work, psychoanalysis may be a beneficial treatment for you.
